  • Usage & Analytics Data: IP address, device type, browser information, and platform interactions collected via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with Enhanced Measurement disabled.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to:

  • Facilitate peer-to-peer buying, selling, messaging, and shipping label generation.
  • Process transactions, seller payouts, and platform shipping subsidies via Stripe Connect.
  • Improve site performance, user security, and customer support.
  • Communicate account notifications, transactional emails (via SendGrid), and customer updates.

3. LOCATION PRIVACY

To protect seller privacy, exact physical addresses are not publicly displayed on public marketplace listings. Only approximate location data (City, State, or ZIP code) is displayed prior to transaction completion.

4. SHARING OF INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal data. We share user information only as necessary to provide services:

  • Payment Processors & Shipping Partners: Stripe Connect, EasyPost/Shippo, and USPS for transaction processing and shipping label creation.
  • Operational Infrastructure: Sharetribe (platform engine), SendGrid (transactional email), and Google Workspace.
  • Legal Compliance: When required by law, subpoena, or government regulation.

We implement standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect user data. However, no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
